Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

I spent a night in a Comfort Double Room, and while check-in was pleasant, the room felt neglected with outdated amenities. The breakfast experience lacked warmth due to a rude staff member. If you’re considering this place, ensure you check for a clean room upon arrival.

Noise disruptions during busy weekends!!! Maintenance issues like dusty conditions and broken fixtures need urgent attention!!! Poor air conditioning leading to uncomfortable temperatures must be addressed!!!

The location south of the river provides a residential charm with grocery access just a block away, enhancing convenience. Check-in was seamless, and the executive room had comfortable bedding, albeit with flat pillows. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with a nice variety, but the tiny elevators were a hassle until I discovered the larger options. Overall, a pleasant stay in a quieter area.

I had a spacious room with excellent charging points everywhere, loved the comfortable bed, and the breakfast was rich with many options. I'd definitely return!

During my stay, I was thrilled with the spacious Comfort Double Room, which featured a lovely balcony offering stunning views of Frankfurt's skyline. The staff were consistently friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort, especially during my late night queries. However, the internet connection in the room could be improved, as it was a bit laggy at times.

The spacious room I had was awesome, especially the view from the wrap-around balcony! 🌇 But the location is a bit far from the city center.

Had a great time with my friends on our trip! The bus service right outside the hotel made it super easy to explore places like Sachsenhausen and the trade fairgrounds. Our rooms were spacious and perfect for us. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a lot of options to start the day right.

However, we faced some delays at check-in, which was a bit frustrating at first.

I enjoyed the easy stroll to the Frankfurt Cathedral, which is only about 2 km away, and the beautiful Frankfurt Zoological Garden nearby, perfect for a relaxing weekend walk around the lively city. it was a treat to find a hotel with such a central position that allowed me to explore these amazing sites effortlessly.

This hotel suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a bar lounge area. I remember when the staff helped me return sim cards I left behind, which was really nice. Highly recommend this place!

Couldn't recommend more for a weekend outing

Clean room, friendly staff, my experience was enhanced by the pristine bed and plenty of towels, which allowed for a restful sleep while being just a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station.
